What should have been a 3-4 hour job took 10 thanks to two bad discs in my lower back. Hopefully not for another 130k miles will I have to do this again. Next time I'll job it out. Now time for some meds.

I feel your pain. I'm partially disabled because of back/neck/hip problems, so doing anything typically takes me a bit longer than most who know what they're doing.

Especially on the 2nd day of any project.
damn that sounds like it sucked.... were you installing an aftermarket intake or jus replacing the filter in the stock one?

Yep, five hours yesterday, five hours today. Man, I'm beat.

I just put another stock one back on. Didn't feel like shelling out 3 x the dollars for a car I'm leaving stock for the lost part, at least the motor.
Yikes, had to help my buddy replace his about three weeks ago because the place he took his tires to be balanced did one of their "inspections" and stripped the bolts for his coil packs cracking the manifold. After working all day the two of us felt like old men coming back from scaling Everest or something. Warehouse work is horrible I cant wait to be out of college!
