HAVE PROBLEMS WITH INTAKE MANIFOLD VACUUM LEAK. NOT BAD COLD ,GETS WORSE AS TEMP RISES,TIGHTEN DOWN MANIFOLD ON 09 GT AND ITS OK FOR A WHILE,?BUT RETURNS. IS THIS A CRACKED MANIFOLD? 9SSS.::crying:
The '05-'10 intake manifolds occasionally have a tendency to leak vacuum at the rear where the CMCV actuator assembly is placed so you might wanna check there first. If that proves to be the case, an easy cure is to get rid of the CMCV assembly altogether and replace it with delete plates (Steeda delete plugs in your case as it's an '09).
If you're repeatedly having to tighten down the manifold, are you tightening to torque spec? If you are and still having problems keeping it tight, your hardware's got problems.
do not mean to scream /bad close up eye sight ,cant see what I have written. NOt repeted torque down. just once .have no taken manifold off yet TRying to find any other ideas
