I Bought A Explorer Intake Manifold But I Dont What Size Of A Throtle Body I Should Use And Do I Need A Egr Spacer.

How about telling us something about your engine and drive train so we can make a suggestion?

I Just Have A Cold Air And Cat- Back. Macpeople Told Me Just Go With A 65mm That Good Enought But I Dont Know.

Only the 96-early 97 Explorer intakes had the internal EGR passages like the 87-93 stock intake if you need to stay emissions. You can use your stock EGR spacer and 60mm TB and be good or you can buy a 65mm EGR spacer and a 65mm TB if you want to upgrade. The later 97+ year Explorer intakes did not have the internal EGR passages but they are compatible with the 94-95 external EGR systems - but they have to be converted to a Fox throttle assembly to work.
