is the 4.6L in the mustang the same 4.6L in the 97 F-150?? or close to the same, and if so how many km or miles do you think the engine should go for if it is taken really good care of??:handball:

Yes its close to being the same and i would say 100K+ taken care of. I changed it this time but please read the thread titled "thread titles" in the tech section. It will help u get your answers to your questions far faster.

The intake manifold and computer tune are the only major differences between the two engines.

An engine may last 50,000 miles or it may last 300,000 miles. It all depends on the owners, and how the engine is treated. So if you want your engine to last, you just treat it nicely :smoke: . Fairly simple.
