Im right there w/ ya bud...I luv mustangs to and would not know what to do without it...If there was not mustangs, the american legend...I would probally get a Gto.
Larenbel,I have had My 40th Anniversary for 6months and LOVE it!!...That's why I was devestated when I had an accident in it.
The body shop just completed the repairs, however, they are trying to return the car to me with a slightly crooked hood....In other words, there is slightly more space between the hood and the molding on the driver's side then on the passenger side.
I told them that this is not right and the repair shop is trying to tell me that the Mustangs are built with these slight flaws and the car was like that when I brought it in...Hmmm???
If anyone can tell me if this sounds right I would greatly appreciate your help. I think they just goofed up on the repairs and don't want to go back and fix it again...This is killing me to see my baby like this!
Please Help!!:happyhapp
now thats just not right... heck I give "thumbs up" to ANY old car on the road.. even if I'm on my sportbike (which ocassionally gets dirty looks from the classic car crowd)...Just the other day I was out cruising in the Mach and I was stopped next to a absolutely beautiful 68 Camaro that was butternut yellow with a black vinyl top (one of my favorite cars ever built). I gave him a friendly wave from one classic car enthusiast to another and that sorry s.o.b. gave me a thumbs down and rolled his window up. I dont think it was so much of an I hate mustangs thing as it was an im an arrogant jerk no matter what I drive thing.
im with you man. My dad is a chevy and always gives me crap, but its to the point now days where i dont realy care as long as its amercan. I cant stand those ricers i love it when one pulls up next to me and i blow him off the road with somthing thats about as old as his dad.i think us american car people are very agressive and proud of it
any forign muscle car gets in our way we will kick their a.s.s. and show them how to do it right
