My timing is at 10 degrees btdc. Will i see power gains advancing it to 14 btdc. I run 91 octane.

That extra 4 degrees of timing will feel like a extra 50hp. It will feel like a different car.
i wish i could afford premium...
DAMN YOU OIL. straight to hell i say.
Its feels more like 25 hp but it is extremely noticable. Just listening for pinging and if its not there then you are okay.
I thought for best results dont go over 13 degrees? Or if you do go 14 degrees you will need to use premium gas and with 13 you stay using regular gas?
G
It depends on the car, what version of the EEC you have, etc. Anything above 10* btdc will make my car ping on regular gas, but I run mid-grade and leave it at about 12* btdc.
