Is this noise what I think it is? (Lifter Tick on 2008 Bullitt)

Below I have attached a sound clip of a ticking noise coming from my engine.

Most likely it is a lifter tick?

I do not smell any exhaust fumes, so it does not seem like an exhaust leak.

Plus, this seems to be coming from the valves, not so much the exhaust manifold.

Can anyone else confirm, if you have run into this as well?

I don't really have much time right now to replace the lifters, so how much would you expect the repair costs to be at a shop?

Thanks, everyone!

I opened it in my Firefox browser. Sounded pretty serious. Sounds like some mechanical issues in the engine. Just a guess, since I don't have access to the car.

Can you record a video and upload it on YouTube? Then we'll have a better idea of what's going on.
How many miles on the engine?

I have attached the video above!

This video is when it was fully warmed up.

I bought this '08 Bullitt earlier this year. Great car, but high mileage. Over 160k.

That sounds suspiciously like a knocking cam phaser. Fortunately its replacement is fairly straightforward.
