Just wanted to know if anyone ever saw fender vin tags this far back on the fenders?

The fender tag looks a little far back (not saying it isn't right) from where my 89 has the fender tag, but the hood tag looks real close to where mine was at.

Yeah, I did some research and I have pics of factory cars with them in the same position. It really comes down to the person sticking them on.
