i did a 351 engine swap and i havent driven it much and today i drove it to the body shop to get an estimate on a new quarter panel and it was acting up.

if im not on the gas it will jerk very bad like at low rpms while in gear. im focusing on body work right now so im not trying to spend alot of time on this, but if anybody has any ideas on what i could look at, let me know. i want this to soon be a daily driver but theres no way i could drive it while its jerking this bad. i was thinking a driveline issue but im not sure.

Carb or EFI?

Either way it sounds timing related. Like its too far advanced

it might be timing. i got a new harmonic balancer and when i set the timing a few months back, i didnt have any white out or anything and i couldnt really see the numbers that well.

ill make a good mark on there so i can see it with the timing light and let yall know.
