I agree. My only thought is that it might be a good idea to get your intake and tune from the same folks, so that the tune is actually matched to a specific intake. I was looking at the c&l - xcal2 from brenspeed, but I like the idea of a composite tube - less heat transfer to the intake charge.

I agree, the intake is still the best one around.

Tune question: How much difference do you guys think there is between a tune for a c&l cai versus a JLT cai???

here's what I found

looks pretty nice, but I think I'm reading correctly that the tune has yet to be finalized. The heat sheild looks pretty nice, and the carbon is snazzy, but I don't know how much real temp isolation it provides.
