Seriously, there has been some police activity in San Diego and Sacramento area to root out illegal mods. That is, CHP & local police has had some training on identifying illegal stuff (nitrous, off-road exhaust). Of course that has caused some people to get into trouble with legal mods too since for example exhaust is up to officer's subjective estimation if it is "too loud".Luckily they are mostly concentrating on rice rockets.. :hihi:
