Im installing my first set of headers on my Fox and dont want to tighten leaky headers all the time. Any suggestions to keeping them tight!

header bolts

i agree with cindys_sn95. i haven't had to tightened them once since intastalling them. i drove to work and home to work and home twice, re tightened them and they have never leaked :bigthumbsup

Just check them after a few hear cycles. I installed bbk shorty headers last year. I only had to re-tighten them one after a few cycles. I checked them this spring and they were still nice and tight.

I also just re-tightened them after a few heat cycles and tracing down some problems and they have not loosened since but I did use studs tho.

Thanks everyone! Just worried and didnt want to have to mess with them. Will take good advice and retighten after a few heat cycles.
