Anyone replaced the clutch with an aftermarket have a price you were charged for labor? I know it is going to vary but I would like to get a ballpark figure. Or did you do it yourself and what are your tales of woe in doing so?
And would a Ford dealer do the work for me on an aftermarket?

We were just talking about how long it might take in the shop today... the guess from looking at it on the 'outside' was 4-5 hours, so ~$400...?? I'll let you know when we've done the swap on my car in next week or so.

You need a lift, and quite a bit of know how to do it!

I doubt that a Ford dealer would do it... Talk to your local performance shop, see who they deal with and get the parts through them with a 'discounted install'... If they're like my shop they'll say uh, we have not done a new one so we'll charge you less as it is a learning experience for us and you should not pay for that!

I have a RPS clutch and light weight flywheel ready to go on... www.turboclutch.com
