leaning shock tower

I have a 65 mustang and when I was trying to replace the radator support and front engiine compartment panels I found the Rt shock tower is leaning in some and the panels won't line up. Is this something a frame shop needs to do or can an individual try? any help would be appreciated,

Put in a monte carlo bar. That's what I'm doing when we do my rad. core support. It'll spread the shocktowers back to spec and its $20.
Thanks for the help I'll get none and put it in. Thanks again

The monte carlo bar will help hold them apart, but more important, why is it leaning in the first place? Damage from an accident in the past or is it due to rust or metal fatigue or broken welds? From a safety standpoint, I'd check for the cause before putting on a band-aid.
