btw talkin bout the 4.0 v6 :)
my car is freakin loud as heck, but i have a h pipe and duals with long tube headers
umm... my longtubes are sitting in my garage to be put in right now. but i plan on running with the stock Y just so i dont get too much popping from duals. It seems to me that on youtube, a lot that do duals get a good amount of it. but who knows, i may change my mind and spring for a set of borla stingers.

Why install longtubes then restrict the flow with a Y pipe? Better yet why spend the money to fab a single exhaust?
@graypony- im gonna run the y pipe for couple reason: dont wanna be a gt wannabe and want a more unique sound. And for back pressure (not sure if thats correct but idc lol)

@yellowstang05- yea im still waiting to install my obx lt's
Well, what i hope to accomplish is get a deeper tone mostly with the longtubes. and at least what i first plan to do is stay with a single exhaust. A lot of videos ive seen on youtube where people go with duals on the v6's end up having a lot of popping and thats something i dont want. It took me about a year or two with my current muffler to not have any popping noise with it being broken in.

yea these 4.0's get poppy/raspy sometimes. if mine turns out that way im gonna try a vibrant performance ultra quiet resonator. its supposeddly supposed to get rid of that icky raspy high pitch noise
yeah, thats another thing im going to check in to. but i dont think there is enough room for it.
