Hi Gang,

I need to put my stock wheels and tires back on my 2011 GT Convertible. I have the tools (floor jack, torque wrench, etc) but need one question answered. Are the wheels fitted for a specific place on the car? In other words, does it matter which one goes on the front driver side vs passenger side vs rear? Will the weights on the wheels used for balancing damage the car if they are not put in the same tire well that they came off of?

Thanks,
Jesse

Wheels are balanced off the car, so it won't matter what location each wheel is at. Just like rotating the tires - they can go anywhere.

Only issue is whether TPMS will sync up okay. I think on the newest cars (2011) the car's computer can find the different TPMS senders no matter where they are.
