Go to ebay and just make sure the halos are CCFL's.

i know here in texas they are for sure and im pretty sure they are over there because of the option we have when buying a new stang :bigthumbsup but just in case contact your local DPS

It all depends on your state my friend some are stricter than others, but with all the audis around im sure they don't care anymore. My rules just angle your HID's and no colors would be the safest bet cops wont like it but they wont pull you over on it :bigthumbsup......mostly been thru it with blue led license plate lights i was just told to change them.......a year ago :nono:

look at my ad in the classifieds it shows my headlights its essential to throw HIDs on them though i forget who sells the HID kit i used for my projectors... but yea that should give you an idea of one set up.

they should be street legal everywhere but I agree you are going to need HIDs because the projector lights do not provide nearly as much light as the stock ones.

I gave those a try but the driver side halo would not work.
It wasn't my wiring, it was just faulty halos...went through 3
sets and had to send them all back. They looked good, but could
of just been a bad batch. I ended up buying a "non-smoked"
version off Ebay and have worked ever since.

+1 Make sure they are CCFL! Very important...
