I went with the Roush TVS2300 kit with a Brenspeed 560R upgrade kit including tune. In the last two years it has been super reliable, drives like a stocker until you get into the boost. Then hang on. Never had it on the dyno, but brenspeed advertises about 450HP giver or take (8psi to 9psi) at the rear wheels with this setup. I went with the Roush Super Charger setup because I figured from a reliability standpoint, it was the closest thing to a production OEM type system.
Another setup I would strongly look into is from the "Department Of Boost" (DOB). They have developed a system using a Ford OEM blower along with a custom engineered intake manifold that focuses on reducing IATs as much as possible, resulting in a very powerful and efficient setup. This kit however does require you to hunt down some hardware on your own, but if you don't mind doing that, I think it is the biggest bang for the buck as far a FI kits go.
I would have went for the DOB kit myself, but at the time I pulled the trigger on the Roush kit, the DOB setup was still in development.
