losing power when warm

Hey guys I got a 1990 302 thats built up with an x cam, windsor J/R 180 heads, bbk longtubes, 190 fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and the thing made 284tq and 278 hp on the dyno when it was cold and power consistently dropped after each pull that I made. Lost about 40 tq and 30 hp when the engine reached operating temp. The problem started out not that severe but gradually got to that point after about a year. I threw it on the dyno because I thought it may have been in my head. The car ran great all the time when it was about 60 degrees out during the day. So here are my thoughts: Possibly the TFI module? I burnt one up before and got another one out of a junk yard and it ran great for a while and its starting to happen again so maybe that one was on its way out as well? Maybe intake air is getting to hot so the computer is leaning the car out? My intake filter sits in the engine bay right above the header which is a longtube bbk. I pulled codes a bunch of times on it and the only ones I get are for EGR (bypassed) and idle air actuator. The thing just feels like its sputtering when I floor it. Also timing is set to 14* base. Thank you in advance!

Though my mods arent quite as heavy as yours, I noticed a huge power drain on my engine while the air filter was in the engine bay when the engine got to operating temp....much better with filter in fenderwell...though youll never be able to avoid losing a bit of power once the engine gets warm, you can minimize it.
