Lost power/ airplane sound

Hello. I hope to find a tip or a solution on my issue. Mustang GT 5.0 1991 After a driver's side front sway bar bushings and shock job were done car sounds like an airplane. Also I noticed the car doesn't have the power it used to have. So, just did a tune up and still car feels with no power when I change gears.
