My mustang is making a loud scraping noise under the middle of my car, has new brakes and shocks. It sounds like metal on metal. :mesad::mesad:It makes the noise whenever I push down on the gas, especially when there is more weight in the car, or I go over a bump. Any ideas on what is causing this. :mesad::mesad:

Driveshaft hitting? Check U Joints. I can't think of anything else except maybe a bad tranny/engine mount?

Check your driveshaft for scrubbing marks, mine is scrubbing on the parking brake cable about 2 feet from the front of the driveshaft.
