hi everyone and okay i have a problem i was driving along and my head lights went out on me, i thought that it would be the switch and i replaced it. my brights work, my running lights work, and i still have the same problem and every other lights that i have seems to be running fine with no problems it is just the low beams that are not working for some reason. i checked the fuses and they are all still good, i checked the the bulbs and everything is fine. where should i look from now, any information will help please, and thank you. oh, and could there be a problem with the blinker arm that mite be causeing the low beams not to work cause it activates the high beams thank you .it is a 1988 mustnag hatchback 5.0L GT

First thing that comes to mind, IF the bulbs are ok, I would check the neutrals (blacks). Its possible one broke loose up front. Also check the socket for melting or black marks, that could point to a bad wire.

I would guess its a wire and not a relay or switch.

Yes, the signal arm can be the culprit. I see it's a 1988... if it's never been replaced before then I'd suspect that first. Yours is overdue to fail.

Ran a hot current thru all wires. All good except low beam . Must be in the blinker arm. Are there any relays between the blinker arm & hearlights? If so where?
