Have heard that the ride is a little harsh with the FRPP springs. Most are installing the Eibach Pro Kit springs and getting a better ride with the same drop. I've got the Vogtland springs on my 07' GT, 1.3-1.5 inch drop all around & excellent price through J&M Products (one of the site sponsors). Very good ride & product.

Hey rlhawk, i lowered my 06 gt with FRPP K springs. It looks great! Handles even better and the ride quality is not even harsh like people claim.. If you are driving on horrible broken up/bumpy roads yah, it will feel horrible.. 99% of my driving it feels stock because of nice roadways..

Here are a few pictures!

All lowering springs are going to affect ride comfort to some degree. It's not possible to alter the height and maintain OOEM feel completely.
Used Steeda sport lowering springs on my '05. You might need adjustable panhard bar also.
Thanks for the help guys....RetroGT, pics look great cant wait to do mine !

Thanks rlhawk, i love how it looks and rides. I am sure you will too! Keep us posted.
Ive got the Eibach Pro Kit and love em
i have the frpp lowering springs. i really like the way the stance is. car still keeps that agressive stance.

the steeda ultra lights are also nice!

but you can not just do lowering springs, there is more that you will need. For instance, and adj panhard bar some new camber bolts and i suggest some stiffer strut mounts. the GT500 are good. Also a wheel alignamnt is a good investmant.

GOODLUCK!!!!:bigthumbsup post pics of b4 and after.
It's my understanding that FRPP and Eiback Pro are the same springs. I've recently read that Vogtland make springs for Steeda, but no idea which ones, or if they're the same spec. As mentioned above, any lowering spring will make the ride somewhat harsher. A good set of dampers however, will help tame the stiffer springs... I love my Koni yellows.

Eibach Pro Kit on mine. Love the stance. Ride is just better. Less body roll. Check out the before and after in my gallery.
