I just installed some full length mac headers on my 67 which I was told would work with my T5 swap and clutch cable conversion. Well after hours of struggling to get them in and bolted down, I went to install the last pipe which comes unattached for some reason, I realized that it fits exactly in front of where my clutch cable goes through the bell housing. Well this is frustrating to say the least. Does anyone know of a full length header that will work for my application

I think I would be having a conversation with whoever told you they would fit. You might check with Wndsor-Fox in CA or ?, sorry I'm kinda at a loss.

Windsor-Fox is more or less out-of-business, even though they do not acknowledge it, and they will still take orders on occasion (or did), and never deliver, now that they've "shut down". DO NOT do business with them! I've seen reports of Hookers working, IIRC.
