Without explaining what you're trying to do or what audio components you have equipped in the car there's little advice to give here. The stock Mach 460 system is not generally going to be compatible with regular aftermarket audio equipment. Ford wired that factory audio system very differently from how most aftermarket equipment would be wired/installed.
Since you likely have little to no experience wiring anything audio related I suggest that you bring it to a professional audio install shop.
