I found a stray ground wire which is arcing, which means something is getting power that doesnt need it anymore. I believe this ground is a part of the Mach 460 sound system and my goal is to kill all power to the Mach 460 amps to see if there is still a circuit being made because if there is than I know that the ground is to something else, but I'm pretty sure its the 460. (the ground is grounded above the battery with a bolt to the frame, I disconnected the ground from a female connector, believe its round.) If someone could tell me which fuse that gives power to the 460 amps I'd appreciate it.

On a side note, I found that fuse 2 ("Engine Controls") in the dash fuse box is blown but has been rigged with some copper wire -_-

FML. Heres another problem entirely:
I was trying to start my car but when I turned the key to where the car should start I would just hear a "Click" like the battery was dead... The arcing is what me and my dad came to the conclusion was the problem causing the battery to be too dead to start the car. BUT after the "click" would happen I could turn the key back and forth and nothing would happen. Then after about 30 seconds or so of letting it sit I could turn it 3/4, not to the point where it would start, and the speedo/rpm gages would go all the way up and all the way down like the computer was resetting or something and my radio would reset to play the demo like I disconnected the battery. So at 3/4 turn the battery gage came on and it looked good enough to start so I turn the key and "click" and it did the same thing (nothing would happen/turn on after that no matter what position the key was in). So I took the battery off and charged it up because it was dead and took the wire out that was causing it to arc and now I turn the key on and I hear kind of like a buzzing noise from the front passenger side under the hood, idk what it is yet. And so then I turn the key to start the motor and it will turn over but it wont start... the theft light is flashing.... I'm guessing my anti theft system is shot (think its called PATS?). Hopefully its something else though. I'm thinking maybe it could be result of the rigged "engine controls" fuse? I'm gonna try replacing the fuse and see if anything changes. Anyone have any ideas? I'm sure it could be a number of things.
