Anyone with this sytem have the same problem? Its like the tips or something is vibrating on the rear fender placstic and creating a terible rattlling noise. Is there a fix for this.

You must Center the aftermarket tips in the center of the rear facia holes or you will rattle for ever. In some cases, over time, you may hurt the inside welds of the muffler.
Go back to your muffler shop and have them use crow bars to bend the hangers into conformity. Put rags over the crow bars for scratches though...

You need to loosen the clamps at the mid pipe sleave clamps to the H or X as well as the muffler clamp and find the right combination on twist to get the tips centered...you need about a 1/4in clearance from the cutout.
It helps to have a second person helping by holding the muffler tip in place.
