Manual harness to auto harness

I've decided to break down and do a full harness swap. Reason being is that I've taken a look under my dash to see many things (insert race of choice here) rigged up. I was wondering what the differences are between the manual harness, and the auto harness I've decided to swap in. I think that all i'll have to do is wire the NS (neutral safety) up to the pedal for the clutch in my car. I have a COMPLETE harness(engine, dash, lights,) that I'm going to swap to save me a headache.

Car is a manual 1989 gt, swapping in an auto 1989 gt harness. Help me PLEASE!
