Lately I have noticed that my mufflers have been smoking, I checked the engine and haven't seen any visual problems. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Also does seafoam really work?

Tailpipe "smoke" could be just water vapor...to be sure place a white piece of cloth on the exhaust, if its just water vapor the cloth should be clean.
If it is smoke it could be a rich condition due to several factors: bad sparkplugs, not enough spark (coils), valvetrain or ring seals (oil burning)

What color smoke? Does it do it all the time?

white and it does it all the time, also it has a bad smell too it

Sounds like you might have a bad head gasket, since white smoke and a bad smell often indicate coolant leaking into the combustion chamber.
