It looks like a stock Gt intake mainfold to me.
mercury xr7 intake question
Ok is an intake on a mercury xr7 with the 5.0 engine any different then a stock 87 mustang gt intake? performance wise? is the xr7 similar to the gt40 intake or cobra intake at all performance wise? thanks. I attached a photo of the intake from the xr7. also if it is similar to the cobra or gt40 intake would I just bolt it to my 5.0? direct swap?

pretty much its the same intake nothing really different other then it has the elbow on it and i think it uses a different egr.
