This isn't stang related. I figure i will ask here before going to the Taurus forums. My wifes Taurus all the sudden started getting really bad gas mileage, so of course i did the sea foam into the PCV valve. well as i revved the engine to get the smoking issue out of the way I noticed a nice sucking noise right under the back part of the intake manifold. theres 2 lines there one has a rubber hose attached the top one doesnt, and has what looks to be sludge oil build up in and around the hose. strange that when i would give the car gas smoke would also shoot out of this line. So if anyone has any idea what or where this line would go it would be helpful and appreciated. Its the 3.0 SOHC ecoboost engine. I could take it into the garage, but am a back yarder by nature.
