Misfire Issues 2002 V6

My cars been misfiring all the time. Took it to the dealership and all they do is charge more for no solution. Coil Pack, Spark Plugs are new. Gas mileage is also around 200 miles per tank. Which is too low. Does anyone know what I should be checking out with these issues. It is also not throwing any codes.

Mileage? Have you checked every cylinder for spark? Are any of the plugs dirty to show a mis-fire on any particular cylinder?

ya a good idea is to get a compression test done on the cylinders. I had the same issue misfire that couldn't trace down and it ended up having low compression in one of them
