MM Road and Track package?

775 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  degh
After searching around about what to do to my car to make it handle better I came upon someone talking about the Maximum Motorsports Road and Track package. I already have some suspension mods done to my car and I was wondering if I could use those components instead of some of the stuff they have in this package? Is there anywhere I can find a list of everything that comes in the Road and Track package?

Or if anyone has any other suggestions that could be better.. such as some of the Coilover kits I have seen. I just really want to use my car more for autocross and on some tracks rather then just drag. Any help is appriciated.

It really depends on what mods you're starting with, what your goal is, and your budget. Post up what you've done so far.
Well right now I have Tokico HP struts all around, and Ford racings C springs. I was thinking about getting different springs but after I got new rims and tires so I would know how much lower I could go.
Here's MM's site

All the components in the kits are listed. If you only have invested in springs and struts/shocks so far maybe it would be best just to sell them and use all the components in one of the kits to keep things balanced. They may also be willing to leave some parts out but you might not get the best dollar value out of the kit that way.
They also carry coilover stuff. I have quite a few of their parts on my car and I am happy with them. A few things required some tweaking but not any more than any other name brand. Don't be afraid to call them, the tech support is excellent.

The car came with the struts and springs when I bought it, so I was planning on changing them anyways. How much of a difference in price would it be if I bought everything separately, and pieced their set together a little bit at a time instead of buying all of it at once?
