I am looking at getting new motor and trans mounts. Specifically these:

Energy Suspension 4-1130R Energy Suspension Ford Motor/Transmission Mounts

It says that they feature a lower profile in mounting height similar to convertable mounts. My car is already lowered and I scrape every now and then. I am very careful about the roadway that I choose. Does anyone how much lower these are and if they will create any more problems?

I have the Energy suspension polyurethane engine and transmission
mounts on my Ford Mustang.I can tell you that it only sits alittle
lower than the stock rubber engine mounts you shouldn't have
a problem rubbing and scrapping them.Their is a difference though
with the stock Ford rubber transmission and engine mounts your
Ford Mustang will be pretty quiet and almost vibration free.
I experienced with the polyurethane engine and transmission
mounts that you get just alittle more vibrations and shaking from
the road than with rubber transmission and engine mounts.
The difference isn't as bad as say solid transmission and engine
mounts.Don't get solid transmission and engine mounts you will
regret it because on the street and roads you would be feeling
every vibration and your car would be pretty noisey.Defintley
get the Energy suspension mounts they are a nice upgrade from
the stock rubber mounts.
