Mustang dies, restarts, dies, restarts HELP

I need help please. I have a 1988 Mustang LX convertible, AOD, fuel injected, 89,000 miles. After about 15, to 20 minutes the car dies. It may restart right away, or it may have to sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Once it restarts, it may or may not continue running. Prior to dying, there is no indication. When it runs it is smooth and has power (for a 2.3). I have changed the ignition module, fuel filter, filled the tank and added moisture absorber (Heet). Tonight when it died, I checked for fuel pressure at the fuel rail by depressing the Shrader valve. I had a strong spray of gasoline. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.....
