Mustang HP vs Other Vehicles

as i await the arrival of my gt, i am getting pounded by my gm and mopar buddies..."just wait until i get my challenger/camaro!!".."you should have waited for the new gto body style/camaro/fire-chicken"...IT MAKES ME THIINK I JUMPED THE GUN ON MY MIDLIFE CRISIS CAR!!...i'm sure the mustang will have respectable power, but how much do i have to invest in mod's to beat a gto or a stock challenger(i know..if they build it)...like i said in previous threads, ford should have offered more options like a 350h.p. boss...its obvious we would have paid extra for it....ford will probably respond to the camaro and the challenger by boosting the h.p on the 2008 models..then our cars will be devalued as the weaker early efforts...you can put all the mods on you want , but that just lowers your resale..stock h.p. holds value...I JUST HOPE I DON'T WISH I WAITED ...

Kind Of Guy...in The End Thats What It Comes Down To...i Own Two Old Street Legal Show Quality Pontiacs Both Of Them In The Mid 13's...i Am Looking For A Combination Of Everything In This Car...1/4 Mile, Classic Looks, Comfort, Resale, And Collectability...the Handling Is A Bonus...face It, Evryone Of You Has Every Car On The Road Pulling Up Next To You At Traffic Lights Pointing Fingers!..hey I Know The Mustang Is A Great Combination Of All Of These, Thats Why I Ordered It...i Have Also Come To The Relization That There Will Be Ricers Which Blow My Doors Off...but The Fact That Chysler Can Get So Much Out Of Its Hemi While Ford Sits On The 4.6 Is Beyond Me...if The Challenger Costs 8k More So Be It, You're Getting That Much More Car...did You See The Challengers Engine Compartment! How About 13.0 1/4 Mile..174 Top Speed..if These Numbers Don't Give You Penis Envy Than You Either Don't Have A Pulse, You Can't See Past That Pony Shaped Glaze Covering Your Eyes, Or You Better Refill That Viagra Script!!
