Mustang windshield wipers don't work. Please Help!

I have been having problems with my wipers for quite awhile now. My wipers SOMETIMES work on low, never work on any delay, and will work on high. They used to only work on low and high, now basically only down to high. I replaced the wiper switch(turn signal switch) and the wiper motor, and the relay fuse under hood. None seemed to help at all! I was told it could be gem module...And have found out that is not a very cheap part. Is there anything else it could be? Can Autozone or someone free or cheap hook computer up and tell me? Ford dealer is wanting to charge me $60.00 just to hook computer up. Please help. Thanks

$60.00 for the dealer to "check-out" :scratchchin hell that sounds like a good deal:bigthumbsup as you've prob wasted twice that amount replacing parts that DIDN'T fix the problem:so

go to the dealer, have them check it out before you buy another thing!!
