A few months ago I got a brand new battery because my car would not start and that fixed it.

Now it is not firing up again. My car has a near brand new starter and brand new battery.

I never had issues with my car firing up ever. You all know my mods so do you think I should get a BAS (Boosta Spark) or do some COP's or some thing.

I have HT0 at .28

How much is your car driven? If it sits for any length of time I would put a batt tender on it. Do you have the skipper 1K? I have heard that if you don't turn it off it will drain the batt and the active alarm will do it also.

do you have any external electronics that are not switched on with the ignition? something draining the battery?

Cars that sit and are not driven really need a trickle charger left on them.
