Alright so right now i drive a V6 Fobra with almost 100k miles. My dad has promied when i turn 18, and graduate HS, both of which are within 2 weeks of each other and about 10 months away he will buy me a termi. Anyway heres what i want to do.

Prefer an 03 10th aniversary but cool with either.

Exterior: Black, Red racing stripes, red rocker stripes that say cobra. Tint 5% rear 15% front, 17x9 black 03 style cobra rims in front and 17x10's in rear, powdercoat badges either black for a stealth effect or red

Interior: Custom rear seat delete with 2 10's in the top part. 2 6x9's in the bottom. Completely removable should i go to the track and have a normal delete ready for that occasion. Roll cage. Kenwood touch screen double din head unit with nav and all that. Full black interior. Replace front seats with Corbeaus or comparable racing seats. Get a harness bar if i need one and powdercoat it black aswell. Get a shifter knob which is black and has the six speed pattern on it and engraved. Customize the center console by removing one cup holder and replacing it with one of the fancy tuners that can read out air fuel and what not while driving.
Add an autometer gauge pod with 3 gauges, fuel pressure, air fuel ratio, oil temp
Add a custom cluster cover with slot for two more gauges, Put a boost gauge and a Air temp gauge.

Performance: Forge all internals and port/polish, most likely upgrade it all. Beef up the suspension. Replace factory supercharger with a Kenne Bell Mammoth. Add wtin 75mm turbos to that setup.

Leftovers: With the left over cobra interior, add that to my fobra to make it more comfortable and authentic. Then manage to get the supercharger installed on my V6 and have too very nice stangs.

Okay so you want to supercharge AND twin turbo the termi? Idk how well thats gonna work....And the stock supercharger from the termi will not work on the V6...

True, why not just get a supercharger or turno with enough boost (wich isnt hard at all.lol) we are talking about a kid thats about to graduate from high school. :gringreen the stock cobra will probably be enough to scare the s*** out of him> everyone can dream big but well see where this project goes:)

I have hardly a clue on engine internals which is why its so vague compared to the rest lol. yeah ive got a year left in HS at which point i hopefully get the termi. Ive got about 6k guarenteed in grad presents/bank acounts i cant access till 18 so ill get the interior done as well as exterior asap. As for the twin trbo and SC costing a ton, im hoping to be a computer engineer with a double major in electrical engineering and a minor in mechanical so if all goes well ill get a job with 6 figures out of college. From there wait a few years and hopefully ill have the cash to get it done right. I know i could just get a really good SC or turbo but if i have both itll be pretty rare and custom.

As for my V6 im sure if i took it to the correct shop they could get that eaton M112 hooked up, my plans besides what ive got now and a windstar intake are to rebuild that engine with forged internals, and replace the crank with a 4.2l one upping my displacement. that plus SC leads to a rockin V6

it wont be cheap to make the blower fit on the v6, your gonna need a custom made adapter/intake set up like they do to make the cobra blower fit a 5.0.

Depending on the cost i guess it might be cheaper to use a different blower, i guess time will tell, just seems like a waste to leave that blower sitting around...maybe ill have to get a GT at some point and put it on that

Sounds like a rockin plan! As a college student myself i can tell you things rarely go to plan, however do what makes you happy, and theres nothing that pays off more than raw determination. Im not saying its going to be you but its not uncommon for people to change their dream major 4 or 5 times. And as far as the eaton M112 goes they are just not compatable with the v6 engine. If you wanted to supercharge it you would have to go with a centrifugal style supercharger like vortech or procharger .:bigthumbsup

im also in college right now, and while i have some money to spend alot of it goes to school... and im lucky enough to have my parents pay for my tuition. i have to work full time all summer just to keep up.
just remember books especially with your majors, can cost about a grand a year. plus you gotta eat, and well, spend your money on drinks for the weekend.:winks
but the termi sounds sick, and however long it takes you to finish im sure it will be worth it.

both of you are pretty lucky. I pay for my own schooling and my other needs. I go to school full time(5 classes meeting Mon Wed Fri) and also have a fulltime job 12 months a year, 50 hours a week. i manage 12 multi family home properties.
Back to the op's dreams. You know that you will end up needed forged internals because the stock termi motor can handle about 700rwhp before it needs stronger internals. you also plan on a compund boost setup so therefore this car sounds like a 100k project with the suspension and the following supporting mods. then after its all said and done you will be left with a car that you can only drive every now and again. So my advice is to get a KB turn the boost up and call it a day.

as far as the plan goes. sounds like an amazing project.

as far as getting a job right out of college with 6 figures. good luck with that. there are no jobs to get. my friends are graduating college with 4 year degrees and they are still working in the same place I am.

yeah i'm just hoping a dual major and a minor will help a bit with getting a job as well as possibly a masters and definitely some co-ops and internships.

Also while cruising Super Six Motorsports - V6 products that make your life faster i found a kit i saw a while back to use the M112 on the 3.8. Here it is

http://www.supersixmotorsports.com/pdf/SSM2011catrev1IntakeManifolds.pdf

of course i would need all the additional hardware as stated, but if i were to get the termi and upgrade to a kenne bell or something better then the m112 and twin turbo then most of the parts needed would already be replaced and the rest would be easy to find,

makes me feel better i'm not completely losing my mind, plus an M112 on a Fobra is gunna make that thing a bit more classy! (side note: saw one with all necessary hardware except that intake for $700 on craigslist a year ago, which gave me the idea, wish it got posted again cause i have the $$ now)

dude, if you put an eaton on your stock V6 you will blow the thing to high heaven. Save your money and do little mods on the termi. If your planning on making 6 figures out of the gate from college then your in for a rude awakening. The economy sucks, no way to get around it. Good luck with the build.

yeah, education is way overrated, I have a BS in chemistry and the only thing it got me was broke and deeply in debt...once I read Rich Dad Poor Dad I understood that entrepenuership is the key to success in the USA, I started my own 8 years ago, now I have the cars I only read about...get your degree, but own your own business someday...
Also remember the famous Henry Ford quote "you can't build a reputation on what you're going to do"....have goals, make them happen.
