Looks like an awesome list to me. I have a couple questions though. 1) did you check RPMoutlet for the TB and plenum combo? I'm pretty sure I saw them cheaper than $430 there at some point. 2) Did you check www.superchargers4less.com for the blower kit? If you didn't, might be worth a look. 3) Do you plan on doing cams when you rebuild the motor? 4) Did you check out Center Force Dual Friction II clutches? I've never heard of anyone being disappointed or broken with one of those and I'm pretty sure you can get one for an SN95 car for about $350-400.

1) I did check RPM outlet but I could not find it.
2) I did check superchargers for less but I am going to get it from hpp in Lewisville,Tx.
3) I do plan on doing cams but I havent begun to research what I need to do with the engine yet. If anyone knows how to build a engine for a blower and a little nx, please help.
4) No I haven't. Do you have a link?

Nice list! but wouldn't it be better to upgrade the bottom end (crank, pistons, and rods) before you add the boost??

You are already hooking up with the right person to build an engine for a blower (Manny at HPP). Check with him on heads and cams also. He can save you with Houston Perfomance parts. He did my heads and cams and saved me close to 1k on what I had intended on spending. Here is my dyno for a N/A 4.6L (these are custom grind blower cams and Houston Perfomance P&P heads).

How much was the bill for the cams and heads with install?

Cams, Heads, ARP Studs, Labor plus a custom tune came up to around $3500 (give or take a few). The Heads have oversized valves and Comp Cam valve springs for higher RPM range also.

Here's a link to an Accufab 70/75mm TB and plenum combo, $419.99 http://www.rpmoutlet.com/newv8cm.htm
To get the engine ready for boost and N2O, you'll need a forged bottom end. Most supercharger kits will come with fuel system upgrades that you would also need for nitrous, so a lot of that is taken care of already. Also, on the cam swap, if you use VT stage I, you don't need to upgrade the springs. If you're doing Stage II's it is highly recommended. I know Ford Racing sells Center Force clutches in their catalog, try looking it up on that site.

Sounds great. Did it pass inspection?Did Manny get the cam and head for you or did u buy it somewhere? Is that all the internals you have done? Are you running boost on it yet?
It will not pass they way it sits (no cats) if they look under the car. If I had high flow cats, it wouldnt be an issue. Manny did get the heads and cams. The heads he had in stock and the cams only took a day to get in. Internals are stock right now. I do not run any boost at the present time, but do plan on it in the future (thats why I got the blower cams). I will go with forged internals prior to adding a power adder though.

I want my car to sound like yours. So you are running bbkL/T, bbk x. and what cat back?

same price here. I would build the block before the boost and add the LT's in that round. might as well put them in while you have the engine out.

Do you post on dfwstangs.net ?
Very rarely and usually only when I am selling a part. But then, I dont post much on any boards unless I feel it is constructive. I have been a member on AFM since 7/02 and only have a little over 220 post. I usually just use the search function and can find any information I need.
