I have a brand spanking new stock stall converter for a 24-spline C4. I haven't even taken the cap off it yet(he cap that goes on the whole where the input shaft is inserted).
$50 will take it. If you're wondering why I'm selling a brand new convert for so cheap, I need the money. I need a higher stall for my motor but I can't return the converter because the company I ordered it from make all their converters made-to-order. So since I have no use for it and I can't return it, I'd like to get at least something back, hence the cheaper price.
If your tranny is truly a 69 though, it should be a 26-spline, you might wanna check on that. Ford made the conversion from the 24-spline tranny with the 157-tooth flextplate to the 26-spline tranny with a 164-tooth flexplate in like 67 I believe. They also did away with the 5-bolt bellhousing and went to the 6-bolt bellhousing.
