I have a rear end out of a 2000 Mustang, with 3.27 gears. I need to find a dealer/supplier where I can get a set of axles. Problem is...I need to take off 8" on each side. I have already narrowed the housing...just need the axles. Anybody know of a good supplier for that? Recommendations?

cheers

If it is an 8.8 rear end, then Strange Engineering makes any type and length axle you need. Jegs is a supplier for them. Summit is too. There are others. Google auto axles special sized and you'll find all you want. Good luck.

It's actually a 7.5"...using it in a 1961 Austin Healey. Reason being, that I didn't go with 8.8" was fitment. Plus, if the car makes 90hp, I'd be happy. So no need for an 8.8"...my blown GT on the other hand...that's a different story.

So Moser should definitely be able to help you out.
