I recently hydroplaned into a barrier and busted my rear bumper and a little bit of the body panel near the rear bumper and i believe that the impact bent a bar underneath my car and i believe that the bent bar is what is causing the squeaking noise i have when i brake and is also what is causing my rear wheel on my driver side to be so tucked in and the one on the passenger side be sticking out more. Can someone please help and tell me what the name of the bar is and if it is supposed to look like that. Thank you guys so much for the help! The car is a 2009 V6 4.0.

That's your rear anti-sway bar. It connects left and right sides of the rear suspension so when cornering the car stays more level. Replace it along with the connecting components. Parts are cheap and its an easy job, not requiring special tools.

I'd be willing to bet there are more bent items than just the sway bar. I would check your wheel, rotor, axle, panhard bar, control arms, etc...

Not an anti-sway bar.
It's the panhard bar. Keeps the rearend centered to the car which is why your wheels are not centered.
BTW that is bent pretty bad, the bar on mine is straight.

Yep, looks to be the Panhard bar. With a bend that acute, the Panhard-bar brace should be bent too. As long as the pedestals aren’t damaged, you can fix it yourself for $200-$350 depending on the replacement brand you choose. Replacing it will push that tucked-in wheel back into place where it belongs. I replaced mine with a FRPP adjustable bar. It costs more, but it’s a very high quality piece, and worth the extra money to me. Just be sure sure that if you get one with poly-bushings, get some PTFE grease and lube them up good.
