Need help removing wiper arm linkage under dash

I need to replace the wiper linkage bushings under the dash but can't get the arm disconnected. On the one side there's a spring clip and that was no problem but on the other side there's sort of a round knob. I don't know if it turns, pries off or what. I'd really like to get this fixed so any help would be appreciated.
