I just installed a set of aluminum heads but i have coolant in number five and eight cylinders. The car has never been started only cranked. Would this be an intake or a head gasket problem?

Most likely w/ a Ford just a head gasket. Start it let it warm up turn it off and re-torque. Should be fine after that. This is a common problem upon initial startup.

Could be the intake gasket too, did you put any sealant around the coolant ports when you put the gasket on?
