The oil pressure sounds normal to me, it'll have more pressure when it's cold because when it warms up the oil will thin. And at higher rpms, the pump is being turned faster and that makes more pressure. At idle, the demand drops and so does the pressure. You should have around 15-20 psi when it's warm and at idle, if it goes lower than that then you might have a problem. I know the stock gauge doesn't have numbers other than 0 and 100 so you just have to interpret the position.
If it has an alternator underdrive pulley, that's common for the voltage to drop a little at idle. If it has all 3 underdrive pulleys (crank, water pump, alternator), you could put a stock alternator pulley on it, keep the other two, and that will help the charging issue.
