I'm not from New York but I can show you a 50 state emissions legal supercharger kit.

I have a supercharger on my 2006. it passes nys inspection

I haven't had my Roushcharged Phase 2 '11 inspected yet but was told by Roush I'd have no issues; their tune doesn't turn off any sensors or anything, so everything should be good to go. If you use an aftermarket tune that will vary of course.

I'm in NY and I have an 11' S/C'd since I've had it. Running built motor now with LTH's and cat backs. Do my inspection with catted x, then switch out to off road x for racing. All about your tunes. PM me if you want to talk
