So I installed a 70mm TB and the throttle response is freaking awesome but, I have a lil slop in the cables? It's like the spring on the TB isn't strong enough to close at idle sometimes and the tranny shifts at strange points and/or downshifts at bad times It's like my auto tranny all of a sudden becomes a 16yo kid thats learning how to drive a manual for the first time lol what could be the cause of this? Is the TB just have a weak return spring? Are my tranny and throttle cables bad and I'm now feeling it more due to a bigger TB giving me more reposnesness kinda like amplifying a bad this I didn't notice with the stock tb? Also would anyone know what time of screw is needed for the TPS I've almost completely striped the Philips head on my current ones wanting to replace them as well.

Cliff notes:
New TB 70mm
now strange up/down shift points at random
hanging high idle at random
need TPS screw size identification
new 70mm TB is awesome

Thanks for your time and input on this matter!

The spring on the TB is definitely strong enough
to return to idle. The odds are the cable is sticking
The stock cable that I have also has it's own return
spring. I don't know about your shifting problem,
but the TPS screws are M5x.8x 30mm. Ford part #
N603257-S100.

You have changed your throttle body from the stock item to an aftermarket piece. Reset your TV cable and your transmission will shift as you remember it, like it is supposed to.

I am not an expert on TV Cable adjustment, but a quick google search returned a couple options:
