It should fit as long as it's a Windsor style engine. You may have to get a hood with a 2 or 3 inch raised cowl depending on which motor it is and whether it's a positive displacement style blower that's sitting on top of the intake. As for reinforcing the frame, with that kind of power, you should just go ahead and put a rollcage in that's attached to the chassis, preferably by welding and not bolting.
