Hello All,
New here but probably have met many of you on other sites. I have owned two Mustang II's 75, and 76. Both are tube chassis and highly modiifed and both were street cars for years. The 76 actually belongs to my wife Shirley. I built the 75 back in the 90's as a prostreet car with 4.56 gears and 4 speed and she would never drive it. She really wanted one of her own a lot milder with and automatic. So I built the 76 for her and decided to make the 75 a drag car. We really love these cars and I don't want to offend any Mustang II purists by saying this, but I think the looks of a stock Mustang II leaves a lot to be desired. That is not to say that the changes we've made to ours are better, just different.
Two years ago I built a 41 Willys so we sold the 75 race car, truck and trailer, to our oldest son who lives in Wisconson. So now we have just Shirley's to play with.
BTW, I have the full builds documented if anyone is interested.
I am looking forward to interacting with you guys in the future.

John
